When does my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST will ship the same business day. If an item is out of stock, it may delay the shipment of your order, however we will inform you of any such delays. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday, will ship on the following Monday. We are closed on all national holidays and over the weekend(Saturday & Sunday), so no shipping will be done on those days.


What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy and 1 Year exchange policy from the purchase date. Certain restrictions apply. Complete details can be found on our Terms of Sale page.


How do we sell quality products at such low prices?
We are one of the largest distributors of laptop peripherals in the US. We are a discount store and are able to work on slim margins due to our volume. Rest assured, you will get high quality products at low, low prices - delivered quickly to you.


How long is the warranty? What if the product fails to work at a later date?
All products we sell come complete with a 1 Year warranty. We sell quality products, but in the rare event that a product fails within the warranty period, we will gladly exchange the defective product for you.

Where do you ship?
We ship ground or air packages to all 50 US states and Canada. Additional shipping charges may be incurred on all orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO, FPO and PO Box addresses.


Do I have to pay sales tax?
We do collect sales tax on orders being shipped to New Jersey.


How do I redeem the promotional offer which I received?
All coupons are redeemed during checkout by entering the redemption code.


Can I come by and pick my order up?
Sorry we do not have pick ups.


What if I receive a defective product?
Please contact us at service@laptop-acadapter.com to send us the defective unit, and we will send a replacement product upon inspection and receipt of the defective unit. All defective returns must be preauthorized by laptop-acadapter.com. Unless specifically authorized in advance by e-mail, merchandise must be complete and repacked in the original packing material.


What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be preauthorized by laptop-acadapter.com. Please contact us in advance at service@laptop-acadapter.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete.


Can I pay by method of personal check or money order?
No, sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards as methods of payment.
